We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products  
- Change of mind purchases  
- Personal preference (scent, texture, etc.)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Shoplumiereglow@yahoo.com with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the item(s)  

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
